Shipping Policy

All shipments from Movora ship FOB St. Augustine. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Please note: There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped express or with Saturday deliveries. It is always best to call first if you are unsure. 904-436-6540.

Movora offers Flat Rate shipping for all domestic orders.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

All orders from NEW customers will require payment prior to shipping. An Account Representative will be in touch via email or phone using the contact information you provided to us on your order.

Please specify when you would like to receive your order at check out. For same day shipping, orders must be received by 4pm ET, Monday-Friday. Extra weight charges may apply. Extra charges will not be finalized in the cart.

Orders placed after 4pm ET will be processed the next business day. If your order was placed after 4pm ET on a Friday, your order will be processed the following Monday. This is especially important for overnight orders.

Please Note: Special Shipping Arrangements will not be finalized in the cart.

Because orders are shipped FOB St. Augustine, Movora is no longer responsible

for product that has been shipped. Delays in shipment due to weather, carrier network issues, or unforeseen circumstances are not within the control or responsibility of Movora.

Insurance

Movora automatically adds insurance to EVERY order. This low-cost charge is at a rate of $1.25 for every $100.00 of merchandise purchased.

Each order is checked and audited for accuracy prior to leaving Movora. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Movora of any discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt or delivery of their shipment.

 

NOTE REGARDING BACKORDERS:

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item(s) to you. Backorders can be added to the cart and will ship when available. This is why your order may ship with a status of partially shipped.

Why do I see a date for backorders to come back into stock?

We do our best to estimate when a product may be back in stock, but we cannot guarantee it. If you are ordering something that you will need by a certain date, and it is backordered, we suggest calling into our office (904-436-6540) and talking to one of our Customer Account Specialists to ensure the best decision is made for your order and your needs.
